For pupils and students in East Sussex there are two weekly tickets available which give unlimited travel on all Eastbourne Buses services and most other bus routes in the area. Please note that some operators do not accept these tickets on certain routes. You are advised to check with the operator before travelling.

You can get more information on these tickets and obtain Freedom or Pathfinder iD cards by visiting the East Sussex County Council website.

Freedom Tickets

Freedom Tickets are available to school pupils up to 16 and college students in full time education and cost £12.00 for seven consecutive days.

You can purchase Freedom Tickets from our Bus Drivers but you will need to show either a Choice iD Card which you can obtain from East Sussex County Council or proof that you are in full-time education, i.e. valid NUS card, valid College Card.

Pathfinder Tickets

Pathfinder Tickets are available to students aged 16-19 who are in possession of a valid Choice+ iD card and cost £10.00 for seven consecutive days.

You can purchase Pathfinder Tickets from our Bus Drivers but you will need to show your Choice+ iD card to buy and use this ticket.
