Monday 12th	Closure of Bus Stop at North Street, Hailsham Customers are advised that from Monday 12th May until further notice, the Bus Stop in North Street, Hailsham will be closed whilst contractors redevelop this site behind this stop. A temporary stop will be sited to the south of this location just after the pedestrian crossing. This area will be coned off so that buses can stop safely.
Saturday 3rd & Sunday 4th May	Magnificent Motors On Saturday 3rd May and Sunday 4th May Eastbourne Borough Council, in partnership with East Sussex Historic Vehicle Club, East Sussex Omnibus Society and various interested historic transport groups will hold Magnificent Motors on the beautiful Western Lawns situated on Eastbourne seafront. More than 500 vintage and classic cars, motorbikes, buses, steam traction engines, commercial and military vehicles will display on Eastbourne’s elegant promenade and seafront. Thursday 1st	National Concession Passes Customers are advised that from Thursday 1st May 2008, if you have an “old style” local concession pass, issued by any authority, that has expired you are no longer entitled to Free Travel, until you are in possession of a National Bus Pass.
