Please note that from Monday 2nd February roadworks will begin in Adur Drive to allow the construction of traffic calming measures.

Bus Services 3, 3A and 6A will be withdrawn from Adur Drive for the duration of these works, currently estimated at Five weeks. The Bus Stop situated at the junction of Adur Drive and Mimram Road will be removed permanently on safety grounds due to the proximity of a new mini-roundabout at the junction of Adur Drive and Mimram Road.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Alternative Bus Stops will be available in Dittons Road, opposite the shops, and on Lion Hill, opposite the Red Lion Public House.

When the services are restored to Adur Drive there will still be the Bus Stop near to the junction with Medina Drive.

While roadworks are being carried out in Seaside, bus services using this road may experience slight delays especially during peak times.

The Bus Stop at The Archery, for services in to Town, will not be in use during these roadworks.

Traffic calming works commence on Monday 16th February outside Maynards Green School.

During these roadworks delays to Service 52 may occur.

Service 54

From Eastbourne The 1705 and 1805 journeys will depart fifteen minutes later at 1720 and 1820 hours and run fifteen minutes later throughout.
From Uckfield The 1820 will run five minutes later departing at 1825 and the 1915 will depart at 1925 hours. The 1925 hours departure will terminate at Hailsham High Street. Passengers for stops to Eastbourne are guaranteed a connection onto the 2006 hours Service 51 at Hailsham High Street.

Service 51A

The departures from Eastbourne at 1630, 1720 and 1820 hours will be retimed to depart at 1635, 1735 and 1835 hours. From Hailsham, Anglesey Avenue, departures on Service 51 will be at 1723, 1823, 1923 and 2002 hours.

Service 18

The 1437 hours journey from Meads to Langney Shopping Centre, will operate when Willingdon School pupils are on Holiday.

The Council intend to repair / replace the block paving on the Bus Lane in front of Eastbourne Railway Station used by buses approaching Terminus Road from the North and West of the town.

This work should be carried out on Wednesday 18th, Thursday 19th and Friday 20th February and will require services to be diverted whilst the work takes place. There may be slight delays to services during this time.
