From Sunday 9th June 2002, Service 51 is extended from Hailsham via Upper Dicker, Berwick Station and Drusillas Zoo Park to Afriston on Sundays only.

The route in Hailsham will also change so that from North Street the bus will serve London Road, Hempstead Lane, right into Anglesey Avenue, Upper Horsebridge Mill and then out to Horsebridge. The return route will be the reverse of the outward route.

This service will terminate at the Coach Park in Alfriston.
