Hippodrome Theatre Bus Stop - Out of Town
From Monday 1st July for approximately one week the Bus Stop at the Hippodrome Theatre (Tivoli) along Seaside Road going out of town will not be in use. BUSES WILL NOT STOP HERE. Nearest stops are either at Trinity Trees opposite the CO-OP or at the Leaf Hall. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this but owing to building work in the area buses cannot set down or pick up at this stop for safety reasons. |

| Wednesday 24th July |
Seaside Road Closure - Bus Diversion
From Wednesday 24th July 2002 Seaside Road, from Colonnade Gardens to Cavendish Place will be closed to traffic due to roadworks. Bus stops outside and opposite the Hippodrome Theatre will therefore not be in use. Nearest stops will be at the Leaf Hall or the Pier. Buses going out of Town will, after leaving Trinity Trees, opposite the CO-OP, turn right into Terminus Road, turn left onto the Seafront, along past the Carpet Gardens to the Pier then to the Red Lion pub where it will rejoin Seaside by the Leaf Hall. Buses travelling in to Town will, after leaving the Leaf Hall, turn left by the Red Lion pub, turn right onto the Seafront, past the Pier and then turn right into Cavendish Place then back onto normal route. Services 2 and 16 will not be affected. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this road closure. |
