Lost Property Information |

Every year thousands of items of lost property are left on our buses. Most of it is never claimed. Always check you have all your personal belongings with you when leaving the bus. If you think you have left something on one of our buses, telephone us on 01323 416416, but remember, most buses do not return to the Garage until the evening. If we have your Lost Property you can claim it from our Reception Office at Birch Road Bus Garage which is open 0900 to 1700 Monday to Thursday and 0900 to 1600 on Fridays. There is a charge payable for the return of lost property and we may require proof of ownership. If any property retained by the Company appears to be of a perishable nature and is not claimed within 48 hours from the time it was found, it may be destroyed or otherwise disposed of, this may happen earlier if the property becomes objectionable. Any property not claimed after one calendar month will be disposed of by the Company as it sees fit. |
