December 2006
	Optare Spectra 270 has been repainted into the new style of livery. It left the paintshop on Thursday 7th December 2006.

November 2006
	DAF Ikarus 120 left the paintshop on Thursday 23rd November following a repaint into a new style of livery. The base colour is blue with a light blue front which curves upwards before the rear wheels. Fleet lettering is in silver.
	Dennis Dart 49 now has an all-over advert for Uptons Furnishers.
	Dennis Dart 35 left the Paintshop on Friday 3rd November in a black livery in readiness for an all-over advert.
	Leyland Olympians 257 and 258 have been sold to Shamrock Buses of Bournemouth and were collected on Saturday 4th November.
	Leyland Olympians 276 and 277 have been sold were collected on Monday 6th November.
	DAF Ikarus 117 and 131 have been sold to Stokes Coaches of Carstairs, Lanark and went on Thursday 9th November.

October 2006
	Dennis Dart 35 entered the Paintshop on Friday 27th October.
	DAF Ikarus 37 left the Paintshop on Thursday 26th October in a red livery in readiness for an all-over advert.
	DAF Ikarus 37 entered the Paintshop on Monday 23rd October.
	Dennis Dart 49 left the Paintshop on Saturday 21st October in green in readiness for an all-over advert.
	Dennis Dart 49 entered the Paintshop on Thursday 19th October to have an all-over advert applied.

September 2006
	The last two MAN MCV Evolutions, 69 and 71 were collected on Friday 1st September.

August 2006
	Another two MAN MCV Evolutions, 68 and 70 were collected on Wednesday 30th August.
	The last remaining Scania Coach 931 has been sold to Gardner Travel of Chelmsford, Essex.
	The last Excel 47 was delivered to South Gloucestershire Bus & Coach Company at Bristol on Monday 21st August.
	Dennis Dart 122 was removed from the Garage for scrap by Erith Commercials on Friday 18th August 2006.
	A further three Optare Excels, Numbers 40, 44 and 45 were delivered to South Gloucestershire Bus & Coach Company at Bristol on Sunday 13th August.
	Six Optare Excels, Numbers 38, 39, 41, 42, 43 and 46, were delivered to South Gloucestershire Bus & Coach Company at Bristol on Sunday 6th August.
	All ten Optare Excels, 38 - 47, were withdrawn from use after service on Friday 4th August. They have been sold to South Gloucestershire Bus & Coach Company.
	Six new MAN 14.220 with MCV Evolution bodies arrived on Friday 4th August and entered service on Route 1 on Saturday 5th August. They are Fleet Numbers 62 - 67 and registered AE06 XRP/R-V. A total of ten MAN/MCV Evolutions have been purchased and are replacements for the Optare Excels. The remaining four are due for delivery soon.

June 2006
	Two Marshall bodied Dennis Dart SLF has joined the fleet as numbers 32 - R772 LHP and 34 - S46 BVC. It is registered S45 BVC and arrived on Friday 5th May. It was previously with Mike De Courcey Travel in Coventry.

May 2006
	An Optare Metrorider has been hired to operate a shuttle bus from Rotherfield to Mark Cross as roadworks closing the Bicyle Arms Road means that the Service 52 cannot serve Rotherfield.
	Two Leyland Olympians with Alexander (Belfast) bodywork arrived on Friday 19th May. They have been given fleet numbers 255 - J644 CEV, and 256 - J642 CEV. They are ex-Dublin Bus and came from Ensignbus.
	An MCV Evolution bodied MAN 14.220 bus has been on demonstrated. Registered AE06 OPG is was allocated temporary Fleet Number 518. It arrived on Thursday 18th May and was returned on Tuesday 23rdThe bus was used on Service 1 on Friday 19th and Saturday 20th May.

April 2006
	From Saturday 1st April the coaching department, Flagship Eastbourne, was sold to Worthing Coaches, part of the Lucketts Group. Coaches 900, 906, 950, 951, 952 and 954 were included as part of the sale.

February 2006
	Mercedes Minibuses 325 and 330 were sold to Cuckmere Community Bus. They were collected on Monday 20th February.
	Optare Solo 302 was sold to Whites Coaches of Berinsfield, Oxfordshire. It was collected on Wednesday 15th February.

January 2006
	DAF Ikarus 117 was re-licensed from 1st January 2006 for the Service 54 extension to East Grinstead.
	Optare Solo 302 had the Hailsham Town Bus branding removed on Monday 9th January.
