Bus 269 was new in 1994 and was the first DAF DB250 with Northern Counties bodywork.

Originally fleet number 41 it was renumbered to 59 in 2001 to make way for the Excel buses, then to 69 in March 2002 as we gained two additional Leyland Olympians. Finally it changed to 269 from the 1st October 2002, when the entire fleet was renumbered.
